Next Financials - Game on!

$HVT.V I think after the expansion into Asia and the June Financials this stock will soar! We should have some new news next week. Hopefully it will give us more direction about the future

Are you sure about that?   I was in a meeting last week with some other investors, and I overheard that Dream Water is for sale (or going for sale) soon.   They didn't know I had invested before in Harvest One, but I'm not shocked.  They've been selling off everything, probably just going to sell off the last item and close up shop.   Looks like ...more

Making such a statement with no credible source is highly questionable.  HV1 just completed their strat review with a focus on expanding on Dream Water and Liv Relief distribution as highlighted in their updated investors presentation.  With their distribution channel in Asia revenus will definitely go up.

Dream Water sales & profits have been on a downward trend from before Harvest One bought them, and post purchase they have continued to decline.  The turnaround was supposed to come from CBD dream water, but that never actually got to market - from the looks of things they probably ran out of cash for R&D.  However, as we have seen from other companies that market is extreamly ...more

As far as CBD infusion we should learn more in June when next financials are communicated. Sale of CBD in USA, EU and ASIA is certainly a challenge today.  However many companies are positionning for growth  - case in point - look at Valens acquisition today.   With the upcoming US SAFE act the whole sector is poised for substantial price gain.   It is somewhat speculative ...more

I think you may have misunderstood on the Asia and EU ingredient part - melatonin is banned in most countries for over the counter sales in the doses that dream water has - the key ingredient that makes you sleep, and the key active ingredient in dream water.  The product as-is cannot be sold in a ton of countires.   However, as for your CBD comment, why wait for June?  ...more

Lisa Chan, sales manager at 21st Century Nutritional Products, the Hong Kong distributor, says: "It is selling extremely well and, according to reports we have from users, there have been no side-effects. Old people are taking it to help them sleep and others are using it to combat jet lag." Because melatonin is not a scheduled drug, the manufacturer is not required to meet any ...more

Thats great news JDL about sales! Also Frank Holler (chairman) bought 163K shares in March for $0.18. There is no reason for him to buy shares if the company is shutting down.

Note that the article I quoted refers to melatonin products in general. Not necessarily Dream Water.

As I've said numerous times, why would the Asian market want to get behind a product that is a giant failure in North America?? Dreamwater sales are roughly $5 million annually in a 100 Billion dollar market. Basically 0 market share. They have continually lied about how many stores they are in there burn rate won't sustain them past 2021. Sorry to say, this company is toast.
