Harvest One abandoning LivRelief?

Decided to do some digging after some of the other posts.

On the LivRelief.com website:
- The 1-888 number is out of service
- The Fax number is out of service
- No one replies to the emails from the email address on the site
- No one replies to messages sent in from the contact us page
- Drove by the office listed on the site late last week, it's no longer LivRelief

Additionally:
- the phone number on the packaging is out of service (Is this legal for this type of product?)
- the email on the packaging is out of service.  (Is this legal for this type of product?)

There is no way all that happens by accident, they are very very clearly shutting things down in the near future.
