Effective at the opening on May 11, 2011, common shares of Digifonica International Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.

If they are going to trade on a consolidated 10 for 1 on may 11 does this mean the outstanding shares will be 3.8 mill?
