Billy Wish u r right , but TMX Jr Energy list of 29 cos ( including DKL  ) shows an average of 3,5 per cent decline . Only Saturn is ( slightly )lower than Decklar , So i am afraid that it might be more to it than justmarket jitters  and lower oil price

What may be affecting it is India slightly cut imports of Nigerian oil. Only a small percentage no biggie.
