It took me all of five minutes to discover: July 15 press release that operations had started  June presentation estimated 25 days of work to begin production. So, give or take a few days, oil should be flowing into the pipeline Aug 15.

April press release  says a few weeks  (  ! ! )   June 17 says OIL EXPORT shud start mid July Proactivve interview June 16 says even a few days less ( 25 days )
