This blunder has cost millions in lost revenue

And guess what? They will need more financing at some  point.  Decklar now has a reputation of one well every six months or so assuming they ever get to sell oil in Nigeria. I did point that out nicely to management.

Keep in mind that they will have storage tanks on site. However, they will fill up quickly (if they aren't full already).  Certainly, they need to get the finalized approval from Shell in short order. To Frankman's point, I think the need for financing might be the bigger issue down the road. We have this field and two other fields to develop and I doubt the partners will want to be ...more
