They can salvage this still. They still have $7 mil in cash in the treasury.

We have the oil . We have the infrastructure in place .What is the Management waiting for ? The granting of xport permits and other approvals ?

Agree   Frankman ..But even if Declar had started the process in Apil / May .I doubt they would  have got the paperwork done yet , NIGERIA is NIGERIA .Next week ? ( hopefully  !) Next month ? May be.
