Thought DKL had been trucking oil since  beginning of May as per thir News Release of May 9.

Laughable that it takes two and half months to get the permits to restart a well. No word about selling the 22000 barrels in storage. Maybe that's what the Nigeria government needed to issue the permit. No clarity on how much Oil they trucking a day ? Maybe just fill the storage tanks again and call it good. LoL so Vague.

360000 shares traded to move up a penny. National just unloaded 100 k at .34 I guess they tired of the waiting game and the low restart to fill the tanks again before trucking of Oil begins
