Financing News but not  satisfying the exchange conditions for trading resumption.

All thou it is news let's not forget that Decklar has not been honest on any news release in the past. They have said that they would have financing in the past as well and never got it. I'll get excited once they actually have oil production but until that point it's just a broken promis.

Yah the word was Shell had all the funding they would need to develop the OZA field. As it turned out SHELL had conditions to be met before getting funding and DECKLAR could not meet the requirements. They did not even have the CRUDE HANDLING AGREEMENTS in place once OZA1 re-entry was completed.
