DM needs better Corp Affairs expertise

DM needs to "make hay while the sun shines" ... the sun is shining but DM isn't making enough hay.

A proper PR plan is not JUST issuing NRs.  Also I find the NRs to be poorly written -- often missing words or just not articulate.

Not soft bashing (@Torlif) ... I'm long on DM with 100s of 1000s of shares ... I hold my investments to high standards.

It's disappointing to see DM not get any traction with its communications.  We need to get new eyeballs on DM -- that Deep Dive video was just an update to 40 people most likely already invested.

I enjoy listening to Marshall talk about all the "irons in the fire" ... his Corp Affairs team needs to put him in front of potential new investors -- in a suit jacket and shirt preferably.

Thank you, this is what I've been saying recently and is the main thing holding back the company. They are doing everything wrong on the PR side, one can even tell that they are using a cheap distribution service for their Press Releases as the news is not getting picked up buy media outlets. I got this confirmed through a friend who uses Bloomberg that the press releases aren't being ...more

The strong bids to sell at 20 cents makes me believe that many current investors do not believe in the recent new releases.   Selling pressure to continue. GEESEMAN

There are over 250 million shares outstanding, a few million shares (ie 1%) wanting to sell would not indicate that investors do not believe in the news releases. There will always be people who want to sell (are up a lot from purchase, need the $, etc), that is why attracting NEW investors is so important, and why Public Relations is so important. We need new people learning about the company and ...more

@MLorenzo: Yes, DM needs professional PR. This means they need a fulltime employee. They don't need a self-proclaimed PR guy. They need someone who worked in a PR agency, worked as press officer for a company, has experience with organizing press conferences, inteviews with journalists, web publishing, Video productions, eg. VJ experiences, Social Media Target Marketing, Issuemanagment ...more

@ Torlif I understand your point. There are many ways to approach this, one is using a 3rd party and the other is bringing it in-house. Either way i don't think they should hire full time, go to a small agency where they can hire someone full time for 6 months, then engage them part time thereafter. If the don't produce, fire them (which is why i would hire a consultant and not full time) ...more

I agree. The new releases on a daily basis that are weak at best is a sign that this company is doing everything it can to pump the share price. Again, you have to look at what they stand for. One day it is crypto, the next day it is AI, then Covid testing. Its like if Tesla would be selling wood furniture. Some things dont go together. I'm skeptical and think they are a buble. What are your ...more

Look you peeps whom believe Successful companies occur overnight. It takes time to build a strong foundation. This sp was at 1.5 cents in march 2020 but 10 short months ago. 1800% return and you complain. More than one revenue stream is desired by many companies . I am quite happy I invested here and the future looks bright to me.

Fair point. For sure things take time. But answer this. What is there foundation then? I agree 100% with your comment. I was around in the infancy of great startups like DocMD and Loop Matrix, but they both had a core. One is Telemedicine, the other is an AI company. So what is DM?

AI core and all other opportunities ! A new frontier !

@ Torlif and Oden I agree with you both, I have no problem with multiple lines of business. As a junior company it's great to keep all channels open and see where the blue ocean brings the company. Don't bet the company on a single direction, follow the $$, cleints and what the industry vertical is signalling. Tesla isn't a fair comparison, I would expect a mature company to have ...more

I like how they are generating covid sales, although they could have done much more than in sales knowing the demand. AI opportunities are few in between and that is not good for cashflow. So, i urge them to stick to a few products and do well at them. I just hope they fugure this out asap as i want to continue to be a shareholder and see their sp to $2 in the near future! Large contracts are ...more
