GBLC goes Crypto as I suspected Probably best case scenario I hold Crypto and am bullish for 2021 Coins proposed to mine look good Close Feb 01 is interesting timing as BTC appears to be in ascending wedge right now and could breakout to the upside in Feb to $50-$60k taking Alts with it There will be lots of volitility which is good for trading, but BTC could easily go to $150k even $250k in 2021

That's a whole lot of dilution (almost 50%) for existing shareholders.  Currently there are about 162m shares, the news release indicates another 145m shares will be issued (60m upfront plus another 60m in warrants plus 25m for the pp).
