They aren't a JV partner yet. They put in a $40 million co-bid in with MDA for a Canadian government contract. Marshall mentions it in several of the Agoracom videos. I would start there as a reference. I believe 2 or 3 interviews ago.

Fair enough dirtydzn , bit of over-statement on my part with preconceived result of the Co-Bid, apologies It’s merely my attempt to try and demonstrate what I (rightly or wrongly) percieve as the ”Forest Through The Trees” that exists here. As most here know , my main interest with DM is in the Core AI. Further, what I believe as Marshall has attempted to highlight in previous video interviews
