Given DM is allegedly raking in significant C-19 testing income, I'd expect them to use these funds to pay for acquisitions, rather than issuing shares and options at rather cheap prices. I'm not sure I understand the acquisition scheme strategy at this point...

Same here @Resilience, I'm lost. I loved the explanation that @wildbird gave us (pros of having huge positive cash flow at the cost of relatively insignificant share dilution) but the number of shares outstanding keeps growing really fast... And I agree with @Torlif that all hard facts point to DM being an awesome and extremely undervalued stock, I'm holding, I'm really excited about
