Trouble in the Kitchen?

Both recent acquisitions anticipated closing dates have passed. End of March and Mid April. Is it normal to not publically confirm closed deals ? or can we read anything into the silence indicating a problem ?

Agree they are swamped with so much to close on I suspect by May long we will have lots to talk about  Bashers & Pumpers will return in droves Enjoy the calm while it lasts

When I initially read that posting I was concerned, with all the responsibilities, that they will never find anyone with experience for $80,000.
