Marketing Fail

MLorenzo here posting the same thing I always post.
BIG MARKETING FAIL.
Gunter thinks putting out a news release and doing a video with his IR agency to hundred of viewers is going to get it done.
Public company 101: Never put out news on a Friday afternoon, unless it's bad and you are trying to hid it.
I said previously that the US OTC listing wasn't going to do anything is there was no US marketing.

Management doesn't know how to run a public company.
My broker gave me great advice on this stock (that I have not listened to), which is to sell the news. It has worked every time for the past two years, news comes out, stock opens up but doesn't continue to increase as there are limited new buyers.

Not sure marketing helps us here, well at least that's how I see it The market is not entertaing the year over year or Q4 over Q4 both of which are incredible. Reason being what exsisted in 2020 (test kits vast majority) to make that 12 million did not exsist in 2019....it's apples and oranges, can't be compared Now quarter over quarter 3 and 4 can be compared as it's even ground ...more

You are not sure marketing the company and its services would help? lol. Below is the definition of marketing from Google. If you do not think making more people aware of the company's business and service would have helped sell more product, created better earnings and shed more light on the copmany's stock then there isn't much more to say. I gues only every other company in the ...more

We're marketing DM.v stock....They market their products??? 1. it is a big problem if we are the people marketing the stock, and to whom? people that visit bull boards? 2. Where do you see them advertising their products/services?

You didn't read my post right....this quarterly report should not be pushed out to anyone as it's a clear over promised and undelivered report and it dropped 61 % in revs from Q3.....so no please keep this under the rug just like Marshall wants......he chose to release on Friday night on purpose to hopefully have as few eye balls on it as possible......that's why CEO's release on ...more

Can you explain the 61% down?   What are you comparing? JMHO
Comment by swyint123888 on May 03, 2021 5:41pm
Q3 came in 7.6 Q 4 4.7....Check math please lol but I got 61%
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 5:56pm

Dam it Pay attention in school kids....I failed grade 10 math 3 times and this is the result haha.....I knew it was 38........ I stand corrected
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 6:07pm
You had it, just the opposite side. With the rounding 39 and 61. Easy enough to do and your overall point remains valid.
Comment by Markhamjohn on May 03, 2021 6:06pm
it's a matter of semantics but in truth it dropped to 4.7/7.6= 61% of Q3revenues but it only dropped by 39% (7.6 - 39%= 4.64)
Comment by swyint123888 on May 03, 2021 6:08pm
Wow now I'm very confused lol.....I'll leave the calculating to others haha.
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 6:12pm
In truth it did not drop 61%, that is more than half...4.7 is more than half of 7.6... therfore it can't be 61... honestly...61% of 7.6 is approximately 3. If it dropped 61% Q4 revenue would have been 3 million, not 4.7.
Comment by Markhamjohn on May 03, 2021 7:19pm
read carefully. Dropped to is different than dropped by.
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 7:38pm
I seriously hope you're not in charge of your own finances if you can't perform a simple math equation. 7.6*0.61=4.636. You must then subtract that from your principal leaving approximately 3. Another way of writing it is 7.6-4.7/7.6. Good for you...4.7 is 61% of 7.6 but that is not a 61% drop in revenue from Q3. Thanks for showing up. I suggest you take your earnings and buy a new ...more

This is somewhat fun. You have said "is not a 61% drop in revenue from Q3." And I keep telling you that I never said 61% drop from Q3 but rather I said dropped to 61% of Q3. Apparently you are unable to grasp the difference. I don't need a new calculator just yet but would possibly be convinced to buy you a new English grammar book.
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 8:02pm
Plain and simple, no one presents #s that way. Simple math will get you further than English when it comes to investing.
Comment by Markhamjohn on May 03, 2021 8:09pm
Dirtydzn. I totally hear what you are saying. Let's hope both of us and all other longs do well with DM. Have a good evening!
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 8:11pm
Same to you, sir.
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 8:08pm
I suggest you get the dictionary. The original post you replied to fair DROPPED 61% implying dropped by, you then came on and said nah nah, you're right at 61% which misleads many people here when I'm fact it is 38%. Your inability to grasp that simple concept worries me. We need clear and concise FACTS and NUMBERS on this board so people can make their own decisions. Your inability to do ...more

Respectfully, you guys are both idiots; the $7.6M revenue you are citing was for the 9 month period. Q3 on its own was about $4.9M.
Comment by vantreehouse on May 03, 2021 9:12pm
If it had dropped from 7.6M quarter over quarter, this has gone to single digit penny. q3 20 is about 4.8M, q4 20 is about 4.7M. q1 21 might be over 12 M this is why we're still here.
Comment by dirtydzn on May 03, 2021 10:47pm
No one used the word idiot, we were about to have a discussion without calling each other names. I simply used the numbers presented to me. I doubt you can do math either.
Comment by CandyC on May 03, 2021 11:27pm
Here is better math. For every percent the stock goes up= a hell of a lot of wine for the PARTY. plus a trip for a week or two
Comment by CndFabs on May 04, 2021 12:47am
CandyC - I like your math! I think we'll be partying together for the week of the DM party!

The original post said DROPPED 61% Incorrect, it DROPPED 38% Dropped to 61% of previous earnings... no one speaks like that, let alone presents numbers on that fashion. What financial reports do you read?
