Hi @Kensin: These are some of my rough notes: - institutional investors interest - interest for acquiring DM - test sales increase - at least testing will be necessary to the next year (end is unclear, no glass ball available) - MDA application is fully done. Government has to decide now. Will take as long, as it will take. Waiting. - Germany AI they go for licenses. Building cash flow

Thanks Torlif. Did he specify the field or any hints about who is attemping to aquire them ie Private (and maybe Palantir) or Government (like Germany?). If Germany is low baring fruit just wondering if its connected. Depends on his wording.

I would expect that there are some that come around thinking they could steal your company, but with all that is said of RYU, he seems skilled at being on the right side of a deal. I doubt if MGMT thinks this is a $300-500MM MC in the mid term, that any interested parties would even get an audience at anything less than 5-10 times current IMO. I found Marshall to be very relaxed and confident

Hey @ibsn, I assume you're talking about the "interested investors", that where mentioned in todays Discord session. Do you think Datametrex management is convinced, DM is in 6 to 12 months $300-500 million worth, and that's why big investors are interested to buy in? Best Torlif

No, I was refering to the interest in acquiring DM....that in my view is a different conversation!

Thanks for clarification @ibsn. I agree that's a different conversation! In my opinion it's also something that wouldn't be good for DM shareholders at the time now. DM can, and in my personell opinion should, grow naturally by its own. It will take longer, but also it will get stronger and more robust against any external market effects (we saw it twice with the interest rate

@CandyC I agree!  I have always sensed that Marshall is loyal to his investors and he still appears to want to grow the company to benefit all.   He made clear on the call yesterday that when he took the job he knew there was a lot to do to, and now his vision is starting to come to fruition, obviously not the way he intended (covid), but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel

Agreed. Marshall seemed encouraged that aquisition calls were being made to DM, but made no indication that they were being contemplated by DM... too much on the horizon right now I think... I believe Marshall sees great value in DM, so why sell it... All IMO. DYODD.

Yes.  I loved hearing that a couple years ago as Marshall was considering the role of CEO he looked at their underlying AI and thought if this were a private company he could take it to Silicon Valley and raise 35-40 mil. Shows the potential he saw even back then, and now as someone said he's seeing the fruit of the labor.  Long!!

100% agreed! Talking about testing still increasing, which will be good for the company's pocket. Shocked to hear about possible acquisition talk but Marshall seemed excited, however I doubt that would be anytime soon, if at all within the next year or two. Definitely a few good points on clarification as well about the class suit not affecting financials and stuff. I didn't make any notes
