Old news dude! Why was it posted days late in stockwatch?  Or when that news showed up, why did you not post it right away? Did you know any court battle is bad for a stock?

This is not a court battle ' ye of little law knowledge. Employer and employee litigation occurs all the time and does not usually effect the stock of a company unless it involves misconduct by company Mgt. Usually litigation between 2 separate companies can and usually does affect sp in some way. This is how disputes of severance outstanding pay issues etc in non union companies. Why look for
