They need (11) eleven billion vaccinations right now and the G7 came back with (1) billion.  Africa and most third world countries are less than 5% vaccinated.  The DELTA Variant as you have noted is pushing back England and it is will be the leading Virus in North America in 60 days,  If they don't slow the evolution of Variants , one could emerge that has a much higher kill
