When he made this comment Marshall must have not known at the time that they would be NDA agreements because he clearly wouldn't of mentioned it knowing that according to his own words he can't say anything about it later on when they were getting near closing, so why tell us at all.

So I guess he discovered later in the last 3 months that these deals were gonna be NDA and now we find ourselves under this cloak of secrecy.......does this sound about right??

Guess I'm just saying getting a news release is important for those that aren't 3-5 year long on the stock....if we get no news we'll read about it in the end of Nov Q3 report so for me who is not a 3-5 year guy but invested none the less coming clean with shareholders and doing whatever you can to drive up value would be appreciated and his duty

Extreme caution must be followed by management when communicating with shareholders....especially when NDAs are involved. Been involved in M&A for a long time and i understand the caution when it comes to public communication where NDAs are involved or when public release are not finalized as yet.... The market is usually forward looking....and right now what is saying??....not impressed

We picked up a nickel a share from Q4 (-.02) to Q1 (+.03) in diluted earnings, and we're at .20 SP. We could be a dime in 6 months earnings.....go figure!!!!
