Is DM undervalued?

As of yesterday investors placed a market cap 70.55 million.

The past year has resulted in three acquisitions totalling  15.75 million I believe correct.
A! contracts , income from corvid testing 10 million profit or close Q1 reported.  With  352 millionshares o/s that means 1 cent of profit equals .  3.52 million of profit.

I want to increase my investment in DM but I would like some feedback as views and calculations to justify increased investment.   

I welcome opinions and views as to future income as that is what market is looking for (IMO) as our current assets seems below market cap.

I am in the same boat. I would buy more in a heartbeat exept in my opinion the stock is heavily manipulated. We have not seen the true feelings of what the market thinks about this stock in over a year. Did you notice Mr. Gunter blush and skirm in his chair when asked in a recent question period if he thought ther stock was being manipulated. He quickly changed the topic. If we could just break

I feel sometimes the company (in general) works hand in hand with the market makers and such.....you know appeasing the gods or those with financing capabilities.....not saying DM is but in general some companies work together at times is my opinion....all part of the wild west being geared against the retail investor thing

definitely being manipulated. I think Ryu has done a lot of damage for trust with us investors. DM should move from him IMO

Yes Korupsion us reatails have nothing but headwinds making money in the lawless wild west CSE stock exchange.....just small minnows getting pushed in all direction by the whales but this will ease as the company makes more and more money afterall it's only about the money made and nothing else. I will not add to my 100,000 long term shares until I see solid AI developments.....meaning

I don't think Perspectum drone acquisition is completed, otherwise there would have been more share issued and we would have seen a news release.  Am i wrong about this?  It was supposed to be completed on March 31st or before.  Any information about this would be welcome.

The drone deal could be a key as to why we are at this price along with a few other reasons, and as you say it's not closed yet All I can find is it's worth 3 million dollars, no share amount is given by my DD. The most pressing issue for DM is to uplist . A large portion of investors will not buy on this exchange due to the unregulated criminal activity and manipulation/ Naked shorting etc. That is why taking profits on this exchange is very attractive when in a position to do so.

I asked this question on Discord. " Does DM have plans to uplist. Marshall responded it was a top priority of the board and has been over the past year. He stated it was a long process but gave no details on future plans. This is the best I recall ( few weeks ago )

astutein, you've posted the same question multiple times. Do your own due diligence. Don't rely on an anonymous forum to do it for you. That's bad investing. If you can't see DM's potential on your own then don't invest.

I would think that a couple large AI contracts would have to be signed and announced before institutional investors would jump in , which I think is in the near future because that's why the CEO is having meetings with them.

astutein wasn't asking for opinions, he/she was asking for someone to list all of DM's current assets and future income. Objective analysis such as this can be found with reasonable DD, and should be the responsibility of the investor. So what exactly are you looking for an opinion on? Market caps are derived from many different factors which can change daily. 13M in cash does not

I concur with you fully that rhe market is forward future looking and P/E ratios are most useful in in A1 & Telehealth.   With market cap today at 70 million deduct 13 that leave 57 million being accounted for in asset valuation increases and future profits accounted for in 57 million.
