Can’t DM buy back some shares
DM has plenty of cash, transaction with drone company if near to be completed. DM will pay 3M$ in new stock (read more dilution) at the last 30 average price. And must keep 500 000 shares for a next step. Why DM just mot simply buy back shares to sustain the price? Or simply pay cash to avoid dilution? Can someone explain to me?

It just makes sense to do a RS instead of spending the cash on hand.

In my opinion current market value has little to do with a buyout as AI tech has intrinsic value moving forward. While it does give us a base, the rapid growth in AI over the next 5 years even, commands a premium if our tech is as cutting edge as they claim to be. What is Telemedia? You mean Telehealth? Still waiting on your take as to why there are no buyers. 2nd call...
