By working with companies to set a new standard of protocols through Artificial Intelligence and health diagnostics, the Company provides progressive solutions to support the supply chain. Position: The IT Manager oversees and directs the tasks/projects of IT department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure are functioning reliably and securely. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of all internal and third-party managed IT systems and services used to support all business processes across the enterprise. The Manager will have a diversified background of core web/mobile development experience with excellent customer service/business development skills and be an adept leader of people. The Manager is also responsible for operational service website/mobile application management processes to ensure the delivery of quality and efficient IT solutions. Responsibilities include: · Oversee and provide leadership to the IT team. · Responsible for the support and maintenance of all IT systems and accounts. · Participate in the implementation of core IT systems and applications such as email security and electric devices management. · Customer and service focused with strong IT operations acumen to deliver exceptional internal customer experience by ensuring timely, professional, effective IT solutions to end users. · Drive continuous growth in the business development team through to assist documentation, coaching, goals setting, performance management, and training. · Participates in technical support of our employees. · Oversees training and development of the team and end users, while fostering a healthy learning environment. · Manages testing and deployment of website/mobile app update packages for core IT systems and applications. · Participate in the development of a disaster readiness/backup and restore plan for business continuity. · Strong vendor management and partner/outsourcing company relation skills to identify and leverage resources internal and external to the enterprise to enhance capabilities that support business objectives. · Responsible for procuring and tracking of IT assets, and licensing. Education, Experience, and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7 years or more years of experience in IT service management. · 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the supervision of a team supporting end-user technology. · Excellent written and verbal communicators, with the ability to communicate technology concepts with team members, management, and end users throughout the organization. · Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite of applications. · Experience supporting anti-virus, backup, and email security applications. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary is ± $55,000 (commensurate with experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent COVID-19 considerations: All staff would get the daily rapid testing or periodical regular testing. That is if you live In North America ? Marshal did say that they would seek talent worldwide ! So this salary may be quite attractive say in India or Scotland or Taiwan etc etc etc

In my opinion, it has been glaringly evident that Marshall Gunther is doing a fine job building the company however, as a spokes person I would give him a failing grade. Being the pointman is not his forte. He does not come across with clarity and conviction. More than ever this company needs good positive media releases. Marshall if you're reading this… Take heed. You can't be everything

I Agree that he is not the best but i like the fact he is keeping the business lean by doing it himself. Most of us know it does not matter what this company does, says,  or how and who says it. The players control the SP so why pay for expensive fluff that wont help. this will go up just fine when they want it too. My opinion only.

I like how you sum it up Kazam. MG reminds me of the absent minded professor, disheveled and disjointed. We know he has it together in his mind but if we try and follow him we grow dizzy. Investers can see through and hate fluff, that is not what we need. What we need is the good ideas explained in a straight forward flowing and concise manner. Cut MG some slack, 1st of all he can choose not to do any discord chats, and have shareholders complain about not knowing whats going on and sit inpatiently for NR's. I believe a new trend as well is a lower premium in pay for jobes done remotely/from home. Theory is reduced employee costs no travel commute costs etc.
