Position: The IT Manager oversees and directs the tasks/projects of IT department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure are functioning reliably and securely. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of all internal and third-party managed IT systems and services used to support all business processes across the enterprise. The Manager will have a diversified background of core web/mobile development experience with excellent customer service/business development skills and be an adept leader of people. Education, Experience, and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7 years or more years of experience in IT service management. · 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the supervision of a team supporting end-user technology. · Excellent written and verbal communicators, with the ability to communicate technology concepts with team members, management, and end users throughout the organization. · Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite of applications. · Experience supporting anti-virus, backup, and email security applications. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Even though DM has millions in the bank, MG is spending carefully: $55k for an IT Team leader is definitely not on the high side of the salary range.  Good to see fiscal restraint!

That is if you live In North America ? Marshal did say that they would seek talent worldwide ! So this salary may be quite attractive say in India or Scotland or Taiwan etc etc etc

Something to consider - our company does work with the federal govt. In my opinion, it has been glaringly evident that Marshall Gunther is doing a fine job building the company however, as a spokes person I would give him a failing grade. Being the pointman is not his forte. He does not come across with clarity and conviction. More than ever this company needs good positive media releases. Marshall if you're reading this… Take heed. I Agree that he is not the best but i like the fact he is keeping the business lean by doing it himself. Most of us know it does not matter what this company does, says,  or how and who says it. The players control the SP so why pay for expensive fluff that wont help. this will go up just fine when they want it too. My opinion only.

If news of the two excellent quarters made the price go down substancially and news that we are going to make 50 million instead of 22 million from one source didnt move the share price what makes you think some smooth talking Cam Battley type person could make it move.

I like how you sum it up Kazam. MG reminds me of the absent minded professor, disheveled and disjointed. We know he has it together in his mind but if we try and follow him we grow dizzy. Investers can see through and hate fluff, that is not what we need. What we need is the good ideas explained in a straight forward flowing and concise manner. Cut MG some slack, 1st of all he can choose not to do any discord chats, and have shareholders complain about not knowing whats going on and sit inpatiently for NR's. Give MG some credit for being available to answer questions and although answers may seem awkward when he is just merely being so careful not to disclose any material info.....typical no win situation, IMHO....MG keep up the ...more

I believe a new trend as well is a lower premium in pay for jobes done remotely/from home. Theory is reduced employee costs no travel commute costs etc.
