dividend possiblility?
If we keep getting good revenue streams from covid, I wonder if it makes sense to pay a bit of dividends, maybe 0.1 cent per share per month, that will cost the company less than $5 million a year but the revenue is way more than that. Dividend paying might prevent short selling.
Just a thought.

A dividend or buying back shares , no way , after the 60 million shares gets added to the float a RS is the only way, it's not a matter of if but when .

No chance. Companies in growth mode don't issue dividends. Especially ones with unsteady earnings that trade at 17 cents.

That's a great idea. Who's Baby is that, I'll buy that.. That would be a nice gesture for all the Long's. Even a one time special dividend would be nice.

Over the years I've been in a number of micro/small cap stocks that have spun out another company and gave a dividend. I'm currently invested in one at the momen that will be giving a 5:1 share dividend when they spin out their copper mine.

Growth and income model. I said less than $5 million dividend payout, this is not too much, if our annual revenue is over $60 million. Especially if we keep signing new covid test contract, it should not hurt the expansion side. I would not underestimate the covid side, a huge contract can bump us up to $80 million revenue. Just my opinion of course.

I said a small portion of total revenue, say $5 million a year dividend out of $60-$80 million annual revenue.

Tankumo, are you mixing gross revenue income with net revenue payout? If revenues were $60 to $80 million then profit might only be $20 million after running the business. So a $5 dividend would be 25% of total net revenue. Not a good idea in my opinion.

With over 355 million shares, a 1 cent dividen each month would cost the company over $40 million a year, not less than $5 million. Maybe a 1 cent per year dividen is possible. which would come to $3.55 million DP
