Upcoming vote?

During Monday's discord, did anyone hear Marshall say there is an upcoming vote on "something"? I was distracted while listening, but thought I heard a quick mention of this. Can anyone clarify? Or any thoughts?

Yes he did say vote on a few things along with setting AGM date. If you listen to latest Agoracom interview they discuss uplist ! Marshall indicated that after discussing for some time they now are in position to choose out of several options. So I assume that is possibly one of several questions we will be asked to vote on. I am completely against a split. I would like DM to buy back shares now

Agreed.  R/S usually screw the shareholders who got in early when the company needed money the most.

Without replaying, MG did say he and institutions were happy with the share structure and thta an RS was not at play at this point......IMO, MG is hoping the sp to grow organically....

It wouldn't make sense to R/S at this price.   It would make sense to possibly R/S at $2.00 +.  At most the company would only want a 2:1 R/S at that price.  This would jump the share price to an acceptable level for the TSX and only cut the outstanding shares in half which would still provide an acceptable number of shares for liquidity. If you reduce the shares too

In a recent discord session MG said that share buybacks, dividends and r/s were not on the table at this time, and that DM was going to use cash generated from covid sales to fund further AI development activities.

  Yes, he has said that a few times.  And besides a share buyback would be a waste of money, when that money could be used to grow and expand the company internally and through mergers and aquistitions. Markhamjohn, true. I'm not really familiar with rollup mergers, but it appears they have one underway with, for instance, the drone deal they are trying to close, to obtain the company's AI tech.
