The more DM does Business with Lotte

The chances increase (imo) that Lotte just buys them right out.....at todays price and with a 500% premium they could buy the entire 400 million fully dilluted shares for under 300 million crackers....it just seams logical to me if Lotte continues to use their services why not just scoop them up and be done with it....just thinking out loud is all

@swynt, Before that happens the boys(insiders) would align themselves with plenty of shares or negotiate a full golden parachute at the expenses of us minority shareholders, so this is another reason we would need institutional investors with 10% or more stake in the company so they can join the BOD. So I would not mind to see Lotte or Samsung buying in so they have a say in the company's ...more

That would be very welcomed Swint... A year ago i had major hopes DM would be great without a buyout, but an acquisition would be great at this point.

What would they get for their $300 MM?

... while a buy out removes any decision making regarding selling at a set price... And at just under a dollar it would be nice... But I am a believer that the current fair market value is in the $4.50 range as per the recent stock analysis posted on this forum... So a company would have to come up with $1.8B... yep! All IMO. DYODD.

If covid revs were a guarantee and never going away then yes your value would be possible.....no suitor will value the covid revs in a buyout offer as covid will end some day guaranteed

While I am big believer in manifestation, this is ridiculous. The stock closed at $0.16 today but sure, it is worth $4.50! There is one analyst covering the stock with a target price of $0.14. Morningstars fair value is $0.38 with an "extreme uncertainty" comment. I too am hoping for a great year for DM, but $4.50 is not happening. (I am happy to sell my shares to you for $4.50). Market can be irrational. I bought CBDT at 5 cents and it went to over $2, that's irrational. In this market, never say never, DM may also experience irrational surge. JMHO.

Yeah, Zentek has also reached an irrational valuation.

Agree Hoover, wallstreet prediction could be right if 10:1 roll up and then 5 yrs down the road with $300m revenue per annum or something... of course, stock market is never predictable, anything can happen in this warped world

For the fun of it lets take your scenario.  10 to 1 reverse split would give the stock a share structure of only 35 million shares which is ridiculous in its self, not only for the reason that there is no reason to do such a stupid split, but there would be little to no liquidity which institutions hate.  Next we add in your $300 million in revenue per year and give that a reasonable 10x ...more
