I'm not sure what all the complaints are re: stock options. 

1. Shareholders agreed to them.
2. To be exercised they have to be purchased.
3. The exercise price could have arguably been slightly higher but it certainly is reasonable based on the current sp.
4. In one breath someone complains they're diluting the no. of outstanding shares while another states only one insider is exercising their portion ....so dilution will be minimal at best. Also get your stories straight.
5. Recent NRs and financials paint a very positive and promising forecast for the company ....I would hardly call them a pump.

Finally, and most importantly, if you really are invested in the company and you don't like the management ....stop whining, sell your shares and move your hard earned cash somewhere else. Complaining without action, will not improve your situation.

Yes, it was agreed to in October of 2020, we have not had an opportunity to voice our opinion and agree to anything recently. I think some here, myself included, would have liked to have the opportunity to take action by voting the rolling stock option agreement down. So I'm not sure what your point is about whining and not taking action, we as shareholders have been denied any opportunity to

No need for the final comment ...but I'll consider the source. To answer your question I've possibly been investing longer than you have been alive ....so yes I have invested and been an "active" shareholder in many companies over many years. Precisely why I hold blue chip stocks as a regular income and penny stocks to significantly add to the coffers should some (most) of them

Have you, yourself ever "emailed the company" Smokey1958? Did you get a dedicated response? A response whatsoever? Anything? I've emailed Marshall 4 or 5 times.over the last 3.5 years and nothing, no returned email. Not to mention he skirts almost every single question on discord. So no, don't give investors an idea their opinion matters, because I assure you, it does not.

Agree Dirtydzn, i would vote for options and pay increases if they showed shareholder worth, which they are finally starting to do. In my opinion very late and may not matter as the markets will likely be red for months or years to come. Shareholders will likely see a small increase in sp now compared to what could have happened with some good promo late last year. All we can do now is either wait

I kinda agree, but if they concentrate on their core businesses Nexology, Medi-call & EV they can soon become a force in the space, my fear is that they want to become Ai everything which in turn will be Ai nothing. Expand what you have !
