In accordance with Policy 2.5, the company has met the requirements for a Tier 1 company. Therefore, effective Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, the company's tier classification will change from Tier 2 to Tier 1.

I believe its part of the move to the TSX Main Board. In the news from Jan 14 they said:  The Company's board of directors has approved the change, and has already initiated the process. so we are on track!
