over the next 3-4 months, it will cost them about 5 million if done right.

Really? Shouldn't they expand their technology and use that money for an accretive acquisition? I'd say spend 1M, and not a cent more. Even a Special Divy for existing shareholders would be better. Imho

I get your point about using the cash for aquissitions.  Normally that would be the best course of action but we already have several verticals and we are sitting on quite a nest egg.  Spending $5M or $10M on a share buy back would still leave them with cash reserves and it would be a good step forward on reducing that float.  We have a lot of outstanding shares for a company with ...more

The special Divy would drive the share price higher. It's still part of my wish they did a large private placement to a well established bank. Institutional money needed. The share buy back won't do a thing to this float.

i say reduce the shr count why it's way undervalued, you might not have this chance again, just my opinion, I believe they have all the tools they need now, build out what you have!
