Just a thought.
Looking at Telehealth apps and the positive impact it will have on peoples lives could the same idea be used in the legal system. If you had an app where you could "TeleLaw" a lawyer when police show up to your door or pull you over in your car...to have a lawyer by your side in the moment of confrontation would be priceless. I would definitely pay for that. Most people would agree that some (bad people) slip through the crack and become aggressor peace officers, who make up laws and use intimidation to unlawfully get what they want. I would love to have a TeleLaw app on my personal device. Would something like this even be possible? Good question for Marshall on discord?

While in theory it is a good idea but in practice it is unlikely a peace officer is going to allow you to use your phone during the course of an investigation. There could be evidence in your phone. That's why you're read your rights, keep your mouth shut, and make a verbal request for legal counsel.

Jesus Christ...a peace officer has no legal authority to dictate what is allowed, video or not; in a confrontation you brain washed buffoon, this is a perfect example as to what I'm talking about... power to the people.... we need to make the lawyers present went the bullies arises.

Also your cell phone is your property and can not be accessed without your permission or a court order warrant

Oh, as a lawyer you should be aware you can CALL your lawyer at anytime lmao. Orb record the interaction. Hell, just forces have body cams now. You don't need an app. No peace officer is going to take you seriously with your whiney little voice on the other end of a video chat. Go back to your mickey mouse court.
