I am confused with the wording regarding the share portion of NR , did we just issue more shares ? Or did we pay 10 million in cash ?

Yes, you're right, it is a share purchase deal: 66,666,667 DM shares * $0.15 = $10,000,000 purchase price

Also no mention of revenue generation from this acquisition. Almost sounds like 10 million and 66 million shares at .15 cents. It sounds like payment with shares if you multiply the amount of shares by $0.15 it comes up to 10 million. Sounds like another medi-call to me. Going to have to spend time money to evolve and make any kind of revenue.
