Evar did win 2 innovation awards in EV charging area and also have 5 million usd in investments from Hyundai and SK rental I'm having mixed emotions about all this I see the potential but I was hoping for more contracts

Sorry to say, but I agree with you. I also have mixed emotions about all this. I mean, in fact Datametrex paid $10M for an exlusive partnership via "EV Connect Solutions Inc." with "EVAR" that have an $5M investment done by Hyundai and SK rental. Also EV Connect Solutions Inc. - Datametrex new subsidiary - seems to start an app beta test in q3 2022 and they want to make ...more

I'm sure we'll be getting some interesting NR's very shortly. There must be more to this other than spending 10 Million Dollars for the sake of.....spending 10 Million Dollars. EV charging is a massive global market so I'm sure HG has info/reason to share with us as to the aquisition of EV Connect Solutions Inc. Sure makes life interesting and something is up for sure.............. ...more
