Datametrex AI is evidently entering into a new vertical. The firm this morning indicated it has EV Connect Solutions, whom is focused on the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Well, if this aquisition had a ton of revenue like you want the company wouldn't go for $10 million, DM would have to pay significantly more.  Many of you seem to think DM is going to swoop in and buy a company for $10 million that makes $30 million in revenue!  lol  This company is debt free, which is significant, but then I've come to expect that many of you don't read

You're misinterpreting that quote.  DM's management clearly has a plan and as that plan unfolds they obvioulsy cannot announce or share material information and details about deals and contracts that are pending until things are signed.   So like I said they are privy to information that you are not.  So you may not see the bigger picture or understand the structure of

I didn't expect 30M in revenue for 10M in shares. I would like to see 1.00 in positive earnings. Vision? Like the vision they have or had in SCRN AND GBLC? That's a real solid vision. Not the case. Investor10x, you are barking up the wrong tree looking for a 10-Bagger here with this company, ever.

I agree with your post and am not sure if I am pumped into the referred group by that is not a concern... as an analogy, most of us couldn't afford buying a house finished the way we want, but buy one less expensive and fix it up ourselves knowing we'll see a pay off later... so I get the comment about $10M... While I think the EV space has great potential, I'd like to see some focus on another existing vertical and actually produce revenue before moving on to another project. It comes across as lacking focus. I hope we're taken by surprise later this year with some large contracts.

Exactly! First explanation is absolutey necessary. Second a contarct bigger than the purchase price of $10M is also necessary!

funny how this wasn't announced 24 hours earlier where he could have taken questions on it, on discord. Looks a bit sneaky to me and I'm starting to really lose trust. Seems like everybody else is getting rich here but the long-term investors.

I do not question this move at all, it's a great move.....I question the price tag and the once again large amount of shares handed out....I know Marshall said whatever they buy and how it's paid for would be determined by the toy they purchase....in this case he should have demanded half cash and half shares and if they wanted all shares then walk away....this payment has nothing to do
