Has anyone been able to find out anything about EV Connect?  I did an Ontario business registry search and I see that the company was incorporated on May 10, 2022.  I haven't been able to figure out who the founders are but I am pretty certain that when I do there will be some familiar names.

Sadly it appears that DM is taking a page out of the SCRN and GBLC play book.  

Where is Investor10x to tell us that the additional 66M shares of dilution are no big deal and that a RS will never happen.

...there is NO reverse split... I get the frustration...I am right there with you as it happened to you and I with SCRN... however, DM has a real contract with DND and has $20M+ in the bank and has launched MediCall into the Telehealth field that is already bringing in revenue and has low overhead... so on these types of days that's what I fall back on...DM is the only company I can say that

Thanks for the link. I did see that one. I couldn't find out much about them though. I was trying to dig a little deeper and connect the dots. I fully expect that this is a way to transfer out value. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some connection to recent board changes.

I have no idea who the founders (Gregory Lee, Ian Kim, Pia Park) are or what they did to deserve 22m shares each.  Hopefully we will find out soon.
