The more I look the more I feel burned.....

EVAR Inc. spinned off from Samsung Electronics C-Lab. Aiming for the hassle-free Electric Vehicle life. Electric Vehicle Advanced. Recharging, EVAR.

This was spun out in 2018, we and the brand new 1 month old toy we bought today is a partner with evar.....seems to me we could have skipped buying the toy and just stayed as their partner.....it really has a stink to it......the tech is DM's so no need for a middle entity.....someone convince me we needed to dilute 66 million shares when it's our TECH used in the EVAR product.

Please don't try and tell me the 1 month old company had the tech and we bought it out.....I'm not buying that

Ask Marshall! This deal was a done deal prior to the discord in my opinion. Hell of a way to avoid questions. Would not be surprised to see an agoracom spin come our way. Trashy to say the least! SG3579
