I'm still on the fence.  My hunch is that we won't see anything more than $.20 until after the uplist.  Unfortunately Marshall and DM have a bit of a legacy to overcome as well they continue to do business in a manner that leave shareholders relying on personal beliefs hunches, and feelings.  Until they start realeasing real exciting news that is backed with detailed info

I think there's time to buy shares at these levels. The market will wait to see what comes of the 66.6M share issue. Marshall can sound excited all he wants, but its still concept based, and still a long way to go by the sounds of things. Proof is in the pudding. Still not a buy imho.

For me I would say that the news is very intriguing and I have high hopes for it.  To say anymore than that might be a stretch IMHO.  It could be an amazing opportunity or it could be another way to give $10M to personal friends.  It was a big aquisition with a lot of dilution and it is just for tech.  No existing contracts, or existing revenue stream.  Those 1000's of

I don't need to say much about the dilution as Marshall covered it on the Agoracom interview and has justified it, but I will. Again, he has knowledge of information that we don't.  Maybe the cash is earmarked for another acquistion that has yet to be announced.  Companies grow through acquisitions and they often do that by diluting shares.  The fact that a mico cap company

Good reason to be on the fence if one keeps it real.....we were all wrong about year end Q1 insider buys and everything else, once the market sees the money and not just "the path" that might get them the money things will change.....uplist is our only near term boost that might get us a nickle or 2 otherwise I know of no news approaching, EV news is out and medi news will not be about
