Investing in the Business....

....not the share price. It's interesting to follow the rationale of bashers and naysayers in a world that is as risky and unpredictable as penny stocks.

For those bashing only because of the share price of DM you need to consider the following:

* Are you bitter because you didn't do enough DD on management? ....because this seems to be the No.1 complaint, although management is delivering - albeit more slowly than some would prefer.
* Are you bitter because of the financials? ....not sure why because revenues continue to improve year over year.
* Can you not appreciate that DM appears to be a modern technology company as opposed to a one hit wonder? ....their foray into EV while growing AI are not mutually exclusive visions.
* If you are in for the short haul that's your problem and you are demonstrating a low risk tolerance.
* It's easy to focus on sp while failing to acknowledge bleeding on exchanges across the globe.

In the end, DM is still a penny stock with great financials, a promising outlook and yes, some characters in management that sometimes make what appear to be sketchy, self serving choices. But to stay here and bash without evidence ....except the sp, instead of moving on, offers nothing to yourself and even less to others.

GLTE ...whatever the choice!!!

My post from a few days ago doesn't change anything. As far as buybacks are concerned it's a common approach by companies of all sizes when management doesn't believe the share price and finacials are in sync. But of course you would no better. As far as insiders buying you're wrong again. This again demonstrates your inability to critique with even an ounce of evidence. Thete ...more

Then why didn't it work for GBLC and SCRN? Two related companies where insiders bought, one that did a NCIB. So while what you say may be a good indication, it isn't always the case. The evidence? The two companies mentioned with close ties to DM.

Well said,  I can't argue with any of that.  Even if I am one of the guys that can be critical at times.
