Watching the Agoracom video 3 or 4 times. I gather from reading between the lines that for 10 million all they bought was rights to the hardware tech from Korea. They still have to invest heavily into hardware and installation in Canada to produce any kind of revenue. The transparency on this transaction and as a matter of fact on all of their transactions is poor to say the least. That's why ...more

AmericanAkita--My understnding is that rights are for roadside assistance in canada for Hyandai & Kia.                           Revenue would come from subscritions. Similar system to CAA in Canada.  Hardware                            in form of trucks ...more

When they fill in the blanks it will be easier to know where there going, not a whole lot to go on. They won't be profitable with 20 stations in 9 months In my opinion.
