Could this be happening?

Imagine how the owners of EV solutions are feeling, they were paid .15 for there company and now it's .11 but then again they could of borrowed against those shrs and shorted and soon will cover imo.
It would be a win win for both companies, DM gets cheaper shrs and EVS makes money on the shorting, all my opinion
