For those who bad mouth about this company, you should sell and move on, there are lots of other good companies out there, their stock prices also tanked a lot, so you can pick up good bargains out there.  You can buy thoses companies and move to their board, you don't have to stick around here, no need to waste your time here. 

For those who still believe in this company we should all have constructive discussion here, and sure we can express our displeasure but lying will not be acceptable, I hope DM will take note and prosececute those lying deliberately here.

... those would, in my understanding, be separate cases to be reviewed separately... you make it sound like anyone being prosecuted for slander or misleading information posted would simply say "go listen to Discord" and the case would be dropped ... I doubt it... Still a major pain in the backside to be hauled into court for anyone who is... With time and costs associated with defending
