There has been some discussion here, and in other forums, as to the validity of DM buying it's way into different verticals, instead of partnering with a product/service delivery company. In such partnerships DM would contribute AI tech and the partner would contribute expertise and resources in delivering products/services to the vertical. It has been argued that DM's core expertise is in AI tech, not in marketing and delivering medical services (for example).

I am happy that DM is using its AI tech in different verticals, but not with DM's apparent need to "own" the product/service delivery vehicle in each vertical.  I believe that DM should focus on its core expertise, continual development of its AI tech and integration into various verticals. A mgmt team that is trying to operate in multiple verticals is not going to be able to focus on AI development.

To send a message to DM I am going to "withhold" my vote for all of the DM directors in the upcoming AGM (via the voting form, not going to the agm myself).  JMO.

funny thing. I listened to the June 7th discord. And at approximately the 54 minute mark when Marshall is talking about how they righted the ship , turn the company around , have it on solid ground and cleaned up the balance sheet. He makes a statement saying "we fill our pockets with cash".Then in the next sentence corrects himself "DM's pockets with cash " I just found

I will also vote against the stock option plan. The shareholders in the various forums hold a significant number of shares, probably not enough to change the vote, but maybe enough to get DM's attention and cause them to re-think some of their plans.

I would like to think management has done their due diligence when deciding to own the vertical as opposed to just leasing out their AI technology or whatever the other option may be.  I'm very confident that these are not last minute decisions.   Management would have far more information in front of them than what the average shareholder would know or comprehend.  This should

I probably should have mentioned that postal service in my area has been temporarily stopped due to construction, so I have yet to see the information to make any informed decision.  Is there a price listed for the options?

The gist of "Stock Options Plan" includes: Section 4 (p.9) para 1 "...stock options plan will not be greater than 10% of issued and outstanding common shares..." Forgot to mention that (positively), contrary to the past couple of years, this year's AGM includes no request/mention of a reverse split - in line with MG's assertion, a few Discords ago, that DM no longer planned on using a RS.
