I wouldn't be surprised, when DM updates us on purchases, early-August, if they had rounded out the remaining 10M shares in July, at an average price of 0.115-0.12.

My interpretation is that the share buyback was less about numbers and more about signalling mgmt/board belief in the future of the company. My feeling is that the buyback was not intended to raise the sp, but rather to show that the company was willing to put up a significant amount of money to show investors that it truly believed that there is future potential in its current activities.

I am genuinely interested to know of any speculative growth penny stocks that have given out a dividend (other than part of a buy out). It just seems to go against investing acumen to give out a dividend. If you want dividends I think you are invested in the wrong sector. I would rather see free cash flow go right back into developing new verticals, R&D, organic or take overs.
