The TSX has confirmed that it does not take 8 months to approve an uplist. So, either we were lied to in January when we were told the application to uplist was sent in or there has been a snag on Datametrex end. Neither is ideal.

DM also stated they'd be doing monthly updates on the NCIB. So far nothing this month, yet another lie.

You are right. It does not take 8 months. They were requested to provide additional information and submit certain documents. The delay was during this process. Which has seemingly be all finished recently and all submissions made. So start the typical 3-7 week timeline now I would say.

Chillax boys and girls. We are being uplisted as we fit the criteria. Period. Sometimes these things take a little more time than expected :) I'm really looking forward to more NR's regarding DND, South Korea, Medicall and EV market. Even though we have a pretty large float of shares, we continue to move forward eg: buyback of shares, COVID sales, new contracts etc etc I personally bought

I know the company was asked for more info so this could be the delay.  Q2 is now out and it reported a loss of 1.3 million, what I don't know is how far back does the exchange go as far as net earnings in order to be listed. Two of the last 3 quarters reported were at a loss and we all know market cap isn't even close so for me I just don't know if we still qualify......I will
