I agree 100%  I hope DM has the foresight to add to thier administrative/customer service, tech reps etc. It takes longer to fill positions with good people these days. I'd hate to see them choke over not having sufficient office staff to handle the business. Good people are out there, but you need to pay them well. A stock option plan or other incentives will help with retention and

Likely the reason why DM doesn't go out all guns blazing (i.e. over-advertizing as others may. do) in order not to become a premature victim of their success. On finding good employees, I agree, and - if I recall correctly - during the last AGM DM was given the flexibility to issue DM staff and management with stock options.

They should not hold back on advertising, products like Medi-call can only hit full potential with proper advertising.

Yes, they really should work on the advertising, There should be an increase in downloads by now. My hope is that telehealth through medi-call continues to expand and that patients feel increasingly comfortable using it for both behavioral and physical health issues.

Telehealth services especially the Medi-call platform could be of great benefit, but one thing is the society needs more sensitization on telemedicine and telehealth then the industry will be flying. Datametrex's Medi-call will definately record more subscribers as time rolls and that translates revenue.
