Because PI Financial can not go into the ask, this is the importance to have the bid as high as they are allowed to like today, asking 8 so allowable bid is 7.5......if Marshall truly feels this is undervalued PI would be instructed to move the bid asap when they are allowed....for ex, if it went to asking 8.5 they could move the 7.5 bid to 8......at least try and put some pressure on the people ...more
