We don't meet the minimum listing requirements for the TSX.  What I find infuriating is that if you ask Marshall about TSX he will say that DM has given everything to the TSX and we are just waiting for the TSX to approve it.  To me that is a red flag when a CEO can't pass a simple integrity test. All Marshall needed to say to satisfy me was due to an unforeseen market down turn ...more
