The News Today

Probably the best laid out release they have ever done....it gives Rev numbers and margins and what they bought actually had history behind it....minimal dilution and a cheap overall price tag

I like the news. And yes, not too much dilution. Glad they used some cash. Revenue of the clinics is pretty decent, with decent margins. Company is definitely setting itself up long-term. Not a bad thing in this environment.

Promoting through these clinics is a great approach to enhance the use of Medi-call.
Comment by dirtydzn on Nov 30, 2022 9:05am
Good move to secure the professionals needed for Medi-Call all while adding an established business with revenue.

2.6 M for clinics which makes 5M annual revenue is cheap. Very cheap

I just don't think so. To me it would be more rational to hire doctors and nurses: 2 doctors x $250k per year = $500k per year 4 nurses x $120k per year = $480k per year ~ $1M costs per year $2.6M/ $1M = 2.6 years operational staff. I just don't like the way how DM tries to grow. To me a business should grow organically by hiring people and not by buying them (the did a similar deal ...more

gott to be a neggie in those hills.....have you by chance seen the state of the health care industry with shortage of workers GP's and nurses, etc. country wide?? Health care industry in dire need of workers, DR's and nurses. Under the current circumstances, well done MG, established rev plus staffing, with all in place spawns faster route to growth.

OK, then please let me know how many people did DM buy today? I see only two! Check their websites and you find no team on their ImagineHealth clinics. I just don't trust such sites anymore, as Concierge and Medi-Call were the same. It was said they would have a working clinic/service with staff, but in fact it were only two people. No staff. And if you would spend $2.6M on hiring, you would ...more

They are buying more than just operational staff with this acquisition.  Kind of comparing apples to Oranges here. Organic growth is great but relying on one source of growth only limits you. Especially if you have the resources sitting in the bank. This acquisition adds revenue from a brick and mortar business, personal and access to markets and demographics and perhaps even regulation ...more

Chances are pretty good you won't find healthcare workers unless you buy something like this. They're is a shortage everywhere. Good luck getting physicians for 250k when BC is paying 350k.

@crytopher: Definetly I would like to see next milestone on their SMART DRDC contract. I expect $10M But I would rather like to see an licence based cashflow like those of Brandwatch or Meltwater. That's how to grow DM, we need a significant Ai focused rise in calculatable monthly cashflow.

One thing I'd like clarity on is why do we no longer have to file a change of business with the exchange? We had to create and sell Concierge Medical because we could not provide testing as a tech company. However, now we can own 2 clinics and it'sno big deal?
