It's a good release. Looks like the centres are making money and with the plan to expand to Vancouver they could intergate it with Medi.

They say they have registerd doctors, nurses and staff. But on their websites I don't find any numbers about how many people really work for them. To me it looks like a well made deal ImagineHealth profits but I don't see how they can leverage revenue we need, as I only see two doctors who will be responsible as COO for those two clinics. At least DM bought ImagineHealth mostly with cash ...more
