5 Million Shares to the Float

By what I see on Sedar they did an "exempt distribution" for 5 million shares on Dec 7 2022....my research doesn't tell me much so I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing....leaning towards good...don't understand it too much but pretty sure that is where the 5 million additional shares to the float come from.....I think.

I believe those shares were part of the Imagine acquisition.

Thanks ibsn.....for some reason I thought it was 2.6 million shares only but its 2.6 million total value split by 1.3 million in cash and 5 million shares.
