...how many shares are you looking to buy at $0.09?... because there are 208k shares at that bid but there are 8 orders... I'm more curious as to how many shares you are after as a result of your posting here... genuine question...

He's probably looking at buying 55,000 or so, with the $5,000 "profit" he made in his previous trades. At current prices (0.12-0.125) he could now buy 40,000 or so. The longer the wait, the less he'll be able to buy.
