Obviously I do not understand how things work -- N.HC has skyrocketed because they have upcoming contracts for installing charging units in the Vancouver - Surrey area. Their share price has run from the 40 cent level up to as high as $2.90 cents today all based on a handful of installations -- and a lot of hype.
